The Durham Turfdogs released their 2016 roster, which consists of thirteen returning players from last year’s team.  Also returning to a Turfdogs uniform is Derek Hopcroft who appeared with Durham in a handful of games in 2014 before returning to Rochester of the NLL.

The core of Durham’s leadership group returns with Captain Mark Farthing, and Josh Wasson.  Also returning is the team’s leading point producer and reigning league Most Outstanding Player, Jesse Guerin, who missed the last half of 2015 due to injury.  Guerin is one of the team’s six top point producers who return this season including Geoff McNulty, Tim Bergin, Dylan Goddard, John St. John, and Josh Wasson.

Additionally, Mike Triolo (1st round, 3rd overall) was the only one of Durham’s 2015 Entry Draft picks to crack the Turfdogs rosters.  Other new faces in Durham uniforms this year include netminders Luke Coote and Ryan Masters, as well as Matt Crough, Rob Kloepfer, Ryan and Pat McCrory, Cody McMahon, Mark Vradenburg.
